I have been practicing kickboxing for 10+ years and achieved a Black Belt from Xen-Do Academy in London in 2019. Later on, I joined one of my teachers’ when he opened his dojo in Notting Hill, Ryu-Kai. I taught personal, group and family classes for 6-months and have experience teaching 3-years old up to 50+ from total novices to experienced fitness enthusiasts.

I enjoy the humility and discipline of martial arts. When working with clients, I focus on strength, energy, discipline and structure.

Pricing

The Basics

I charge £60 / hour and offer 10% discount on blocks of 5 or 10 classes. This is ideal if you are unsure whether kickboxing is for you and you want to learn proper technique of punches and kicks

These classes can be designed for:

  • Individuals

  • Couples or Friend (group of 2)

  • Families (group of 3 or 4)

1 class: £50 (trial)

5 classes: £270

10 classes: £540

To ensure consistency and preparation, we typically agree on a time, place with a suitable cadence. No-shows without a 24-hour notice, would count as a class.

Intermediate

If you are committed to transforming how you feel, how strong you want to be and would like to be proficient in kickboxing, I offer a 20% discount on 15 or 20 block classes.

This will ensure deep training on kickboxing fundamentals, increase in strength and speed. You can then advance onto competitive or boutique gyms.

These classes can be designed for:

  • Individuals

  • Couples or Friend (group of 2)

  • Families (group of 3 or 4)

15 classes: £720

20 classes: £960

Flexible

If you are a fitness enthusiast, or instructor that would like to gain specialised knowledge on kickboxing or would like a flexible schedule, I charge £60/hour.

FAQs

Kickboxing seems advanced. Do I need to have fitness experience?

Starting a new sport, especially a martial art can be daunting. The answer is no, and any coaching would be designed to the level you are at. I had moderate fitness experience before starting kickboxing, and tried a lot of things that I didn’t enjoy deeply. Over the course of 6 or 12 weeks we will focus on the basics of kickboxing, and you will notice considerable improvement in technique and strength as we progress. I can also give advice on training and nutrition to support your journey.

What does a typical session involve?

Our session would begin with some warm-up, focusing on techniques (if you are a beginner), working on some combinations and finally some pad-work. The sessions will be challenging and fun! I try to post some ‘behind the scenes’ in kickboxing sessions on my Instagram page, so follow me on there for a sneak behind the curtains

Do you do free trials?

A kickboxing session would be a significant time commitment on both our parts, so for those that are unsure I typically offer a discount on the first session, however don’t do free trials.

What got you into kickboxing?

I had the thought in my mind that I wanted to feel and be strong. That has kept me going for 10+ years and continues to be my inspiration!
